First we take a look at the current Drawdown, it is 780 pips. We stop signals and trading around 2500 pips DD. Now we calculate 2500 pips - 780 pips = 1720 pips risk to remain.
Now we have a look at the excel table for risk and money management : here
Here we check our risk in percent and see how much money remains after stopping signals and trading. We use 1.5% risk per trade and see that we risk approx 60% of our account now. We try a small account with this high risk!
